I named my restaurant “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon” because I was deeply captivated by the classic Chinese film of the same name, directed by Ang Lee and produced by Columbia Pictures (Asia) in 2000. The film reflects the struggles of contemporary people caught between “faith,” “love,” “fame,” and “desire.” It won the 73rd Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in 2001. From then on, I harbored a dream, hoping to have the opportunity to create a masterpiece comparable to it!

Since I run a restaurant, I can only focus my efforts on it. How can I use a restaurant to represent my heart, to express my emotions, ideals, ambitions, desires, and my desire to give back to society, to soothe my deep-seated passion, enthusiasm, and dreams for the restaurant? For most people, opening a restaurant might be about making a living or achieving financial freedom. But for me, entering the restaurant industry is about pursuing my dream. The restaurant is my home, the employees are like family, and the lingering customers are like close friends and relatives. Here, I can experience the true meaning of love! We aim to make more guests feel at home and enjoy the taste of home. We also want to provide a place for those far from home, a haven for those who have wandered far from home, a new beginning for students who failed their exams, and a livelihood for those who have experienced setbacks in various industries.

We welcome ordinary people as well as talented individuals; as long as you are diligent, you can become part of our team and partners! My initial intention in opening “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon” was not to seek profit but to give back to society. Here, during economic downturns, we provide convenience for those struggling with life, safeguarding their physical and mental health by offering high-quality ingredients, scientifically balanced meals, and a comfortable and bright environment, thus achieving spiritual well-being and freedom!
